Wore his shoes guard to keep my floor clean to get to 2nd floor laundry; 3. I needed to have a new dishwasher installed and called EZ Fix because they had uxh great reviews. They apologized that they could not come the day after the machine was delivered and gave me an appointment for the following day, a Friday. The Wednesday they called back, noting the terrible winter storm predicted for Friday, and offered to arrange things so that someone could come on Thursday "so that I would a dishwasher for the holiday weekend." Eugene came on the way home and fixed my dishwasher that was not draining. I had checked everything before he came but he unclogged the hose and where it went in to my garburator. Very nice man and great service.

He really know how panic people are when their fridge broken. He checked the fridge carefully and explain to me in details why it is not working. The gentleman, Eugene, was prompt, polite, advises me ahead of time of the cost , showed me what was wrong which was minor (plug was not on properly and hard to see). I was relieved to know that the machinery works.

The gentleman that came to my house (Edward), was very courteous, kind, informative, honest and fair. He looked at my washing machine (It would turn on, but won't run any cycle), and thought it might be the door sensor. He said he will get the parts and was always in constant contact with me throughout the day. He eventually arrived, tried to replace the new door sensor, and realized, the problem with my washing machine is the circuit board. He honestly told me that it is better to just replace the whole machine than to fix it (Which I agreed it made more sense). I really appreciated him taking the time to try and fix it and make time for me on his busy schedule...he even wanted to refund me the money for the service he provided because he couldn't fix my washing machine, which I politely declined (It was only fair to him). Would I recommend this company? Wholeheartedly, yes! Hopefully no other appliances break in my house, but if it ever does, I would gladly give these people a shout!

Called Eugene to complete a warranty repair when the technician left because he could not complete the connection of the new drain hose to the sink. He was totally honest about the unlikelihood about it being repaired, as the oven was very old and parts were no longer available. Eugene showed up, was courteous and removed his boots before he immediately started dealing with our problematic fridge. He stated our problems probably stemmed from 1 of 2 problems: the first strategy of attack was a de-Ice/steam treatment to remove built up ice in the pipes and the second option necessitated a new part. So Eugene attempted to de-ice it thoroughly at first and found that wasn’t the solution. He then took apart some of our control unit and found an ice blockage in a tray within the unit. This confirmed his hypothesis that it was a defrosting issue. He walked me through the issue by showing me the freezer hardware and talking about the part. He told me how much the part would be ($45) and asked if I wanted to tackle the issue at the extra cost. I said yes and replaced the part and had everything back in place within 15 minutes. He then told me to keep an eye on it and if any other related issues pop up in the next month or two he’d come back and attempt another fix but only charge for parts, not further labor. Super nice guy who not only fixed the issue but walked me through his process. He left his magnet/business card on my fridge and I plan on keeping it there to use when I have another appliance issue. The company also followed up a month later to make sure everything was ok. Great service!

So during this corona virus shut down my fridge control panel decided to malfunction setting an alarm that would beep non stop every minute. I have a very narrow basement stairwell, and the only way to get a full size dryer into the basement was to disassemble it, bring it to the basement piece by piece and reassembled in the laundry room. Eugene came shortly after the dryer arrived, and was able to complete the task in about 3 hours, including removal of the old dryer. New dryer looks and works great. Would definitely recommend.

I called EZFix and spoke with IVGENI ROZENBAU who then came to my house to check my 70 year old Gibson fridge. I explained that a company called - Appliance Repair Team - came over and after a check up was told the thermostat was not working. Was also told that if there was a part he will come and fix it.
