Yes. Our diagnostic fee is fully credited toward your repair cost. You only pay for parts and labour. If you decide not to proceed after the diagnosis, the fee covers the technician’s time.
Do you offer same-day appliance repair across all of Toronto?
We prioritize same-day service across Toronto: including North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, East York, York, and the downtown core.
Calling early in the day gives you the best chance of a same-day booking. We dispatch based on location and technician availability.
Should I repair or replace my appliance?
We use the 50% rule: if the repair estimate exceeds half the replacement cost of a comparable new unit and your appliance is already in the second half of its expected lifespan, we will recommend replacing it, even if that means we lose the repair job.
What warranty do you provide on repairs?
All repairs include a 90-day warranty on labour. If the same fault returns within that window, we come back and fix it at no additional charge.
